Indian Foreign Secretary Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla is scheduled to call on Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa today.
The Indian Foreign Secretary is due to meet the Foreign Minister today as well.
He engaged in an observational tour of Jaffna last evening.
The Indian High Commission in Colombo said officials attached to the Civil Aviation Authority informed the Indian Foreign Secretary of development and reform activities of the Palaly Airport.
He also visited the Jaffna Cultural Centre, built with Indian grants.
Indian Foreign Secretary Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla, who arrived in the island on a four-day official visit, is scheduled to leave the country tomorrow.
