Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Samantha Power concluded her two-day visit and left the country this morning.
Samantha Power said and US delegation left the Katunayake International Airport at around 3.50am.
She arrived in the country on Saturday.
USAID Administrator Samantha Power during her visit to Sri Lanka pledged to provide additional US$ 60 million in assistance.
During her meeting with President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Administrator Samantha Power conveyed on behalf of US President Joe Biden that the United States stands with Sri Lanka.
She assured that the US will continue to support and stand with Sri Lanka during difficult times.
