Two foreign nationals who were residing in Sri Lanka without valid visas were remanded till the 10th of January.
The suspects were arrested by the Kalutara South Police and produced before the Kalutara Magistrate’s Court.
They were arrested at Wettumakada Junction in the Kalutara South Police Division.
The suspects were revealed to be aged 21 and 23.
Further investigations into the incident are being carried out.
