Three suspects have been arrested over criminal activity in Chavakachcheri by the Jaffna Crimes Investigation Division.
The 21 and 22 year old suspects will be produced before the Chavakachcheri Magistrate’s Court today.
Another suspect who was with the group, believed to be a member of the ‘Aawa’ gang, had fled the scene.
Five swords were found on the roof of the toilet of the suspect’s residence.
