Sri Lanka will take on India in the first of the three match Twenty20 International series at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo this evening.
The game is scheduled to begin at 8pm. Sri Lanka will be led once again by Dasun Shanaka while Shikhar Dhawan is captaining the new-look Indian line-up.
According to Sri Lanka Cricket pacer Kasun Rajitha has been ruled out of the game with an injury and T20 specialist Isuru Udana is likely to be included in the playing XI today.
The Khettarama pitch is expected to turn like it did during the ODI series however with cloudy conditions, and with chances of rain fast bowlers are likely to make a bigger impact this evening.
India secured the ODI series between the two countries 2-1 at the same venue.
