Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Gopal Baglay has reiterated India’s continued support to Sri Lanka in the fight against COVID-19.

The Indian High Commission made this remark during a discussion held with Minister of Health Keheliya Rambukwella today.

During the meeting, Minister Rambukwella has requested the High Commissioner to give priority to meet the oxygen demand of Sri Lanka amidst the COVID-19 crisis.

The Health Minister has also urged the Indian government to draw its attention towards supplying Portable Oxygen Concentrators and medicinal drugs produced in India to Sri Lanka.
