Sri Lanka bundle India out for 252 in Bengaluru

India was bundled out 252 in the first innings of the second and final test of the series against Sri Lanka in Bengaluru a short while ago.

India was bundled out 252 in the first innings of the second and final test of the series against Sri Lanka in Bengaluru a short while ago.

In favourable conditions, Indian batters after opting to bat first struggled to make a mark against the Lankan spinners.

Only Shreyas Iyer provided resistance at the latter part of the inning.

He scored 92 runs with the tail-enders while Rishabh Pant hit a brisk 39.

For Sri Lanka, Praveen Jayawickrama picked up 3/81 while Lasith Embuldeniya finished with figures of 3/94.

Dhananjaya de Silva picked up two wickets while Suranga Lakmal who is playing his final Test match had one scalp.
