Sri Lanka posted a below par 254/9 in their allotted 50 overs against Zimbabwe in the third and final One Day International of the three-match series at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy.
After opting to bat first, Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Mendis went onto post 80 runs for the first wicket before Mendis departed from 36 off 51 deliveries.
Nissanka went on to make 55 off 66 deliveries, the highest by a Sri Lankan batter while Charith Asalanka scored 52 from 56 balls.
Chamika Karunaratne and Ramesh Mendis also made cameos at the latter part of the innings.
For the visitors, Richard Ngarava picked up 2/46.
The series is level at 1-1.
