Royals posted 144 for 8 after being asked to bat with Riyan Parag top-scoring with 56 not out off 31 balls while captain Sanju Samson contributed 27.
Wanindu Hasaranga finished with 2 for 23 while Josh Hazlewood and Mohammed Siraj also picked up two wickets apiece.
RCB was skittled out for 115 in 19.3 overs, during the modest chase.
Faf du Plessis top-scored for RCB with 23 but rest of the batters including Virat Kohli failed once again.
Hasaranga hit a qucik-fire 18 but could not take his side home.
