Australia have won the toss and elected to bat first against Sri Lanka in the third One-Day International of the five-match series in Colombo.
Sri Lanka has surprisingly brought Niroshan Dickwella back into the playing XI in place of Danushka Gunathilaka.
Dickwella is expected to open the batting and will also keep the gloves.
Gunathilaka has been ruled out of the game due to a hamstring strain.
Meanwhile, Australia have made three changes from the side that lost to Sri Lanka in the second game in Kandy.
Steve Smith has been ruled out due to an injury and he will be replaced by Mitchell Marsh who comes back off a calf injury.
Marsh will bat at No.3. Cameron Green and Jhye Richardson have been included in the playing XI in place of Pat Cummins and Mitchell Swepson.
Skipper Dasun Shanaka at the toss said his team is confident of chasing after their performances in Kandy.
Sri Lanka won the third Twenty20 International against Australia at the Pallekele International Stadium chasing 177 runs.
They also won the second ODI on Thursday by 26 runs under the DLS method.
The series is level on 1-1.
