A special dengue eradication programme will be implemented from tomorrow.
The National Dengue Control Unit said the programme will be implemented in 15 districts where there is a high risk of dengue infection.
The number of dengue cases reported in the country increased sharply in December.
Accordingly special dengue control programmes will be carried out at 81 Medical Officer of Health offices in the 15 districts, till the 10th of January.
