In a rain-shortened 15-over game, the Reds reached the 115-run target in 14.3 overs losing just 4 wickets.
Skipper Dinesh Chandimal spearheaded the chase with a 32-ball 40 while Avishka Fernando scored 38 from 25 deliveries.
The pair put on 76 for the first wicket which scripted the win for the Reds who will meet the Greys in the finals of the tournament.
For the Greens, Lakshan Sandakan finished with figures of 2/14.
Earlier batting first, the Greens could only muster 114/7 in 15 overs with Saminda Fernando top scoring with a better than a run-a-ball 37.
Pathum Nissanka scored 22 but the Greens could not post a challenging total to claim their first win in six attempts.
The Greens finished at the foot of the table with no victories.
SLC Blues finished third in the table after their game against Greys yesterday was called off due to rain.
Unbeaten Greys who finished on top of the table will take on the Reds in the finals of the tournament tomorrow at the same venue.
