Samagi Jana Balawegaya Parliamentarian Harin Fernando today requested the international community to work towards the release of former Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake who is serving a four year prison sentence.
Addressing the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva MP Fernando highlighted the matter.
MP Fernando said the main office of the SJB, which is a leading party in the opposition, was also attacked today.
