State Minister of Money Ajith Nivard Cabraal says the government has spent Rs.250 billion on containing the coronavirus in the country.
The State Minister speaking in Parliament today encouraged all individuals to ensure they obtain vaccines against the coronavirus.
He noted that large sums are spent on purchasing vaccine doses in order to ensure the public’s safety from the virus.
