Sri Lanka’s Rowing champion Mahesh Jayakodi had another disappointing outing at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games today, finishing 5th in the PR1 Men’s Single Sculls Repechage 2 event.
Jayakodi clocked a time of 11:21.31 seconds finishing last at the Sea Forest Waterway.
He is now out of medal contention and will feature only in the PR1 Men’s Single Sculls – Final B event tomorrow.
The event will begin at 6.20am Sri Lanka time at the same venue.
