The Ministry of Trade says 40,000MT of rice imported under the Indian Credit Line will be sold via Sathosa outlets across the country.
Accordingly, a kilogram of white kekulu and nadu will be priced at Rs.145 while a kilogram of samba will be Rs.175.
However, the Ministry said a customer can only purchase up to 5kg of rice at a time.
