COLOMBO (NewsRadio); Station masters have decided to stage a 24-hour token strike from midnight.
The strike has been planned over the appointment of a Deputy General Manager (Commercial) who was allegedly involved in corrupt practices.
The Sri Lanka Railway Station Masters’ Union said its Central Committee today decided to withdraw from services for 24-hours demanding the authorities to remove the said individual.
