COLOMBO (NewsRadio); President Ranil Wickremesinghe has appointed Professor Sunil Ariyaratne as the Chancellor of the University of the Visual and Performing Arts with immediate effect.
The President’s Media Division said Prof. Sunil Ariyaratne has been appointed as the Chancellor for five years.
Late Sangeeth Nipun Sanath Nandasiri was the Chancellor of the University of the Visual and Performing Arts until his demise last week.
