Police has launched a special operation to inspect persons traveling in three-wheelers and motorcycles over the adherence to health guidelines.
Accordingly, 799 traffic police officers were part of yesterday’s operation to inspect whether those traveling in three-wheelers and motorcycles are wearing face masks in the correct manner.
2,978 three-wheelers and 3,065 motorcycles had been inspected during the operation.
Police said 8,539 persons were subject to checks, out of which 2,037 individuals were warned over non-adherence of health guidelines.
