COLOMBO (NewsRadio); A Parliamentary Select Committee has been named to look into the damages caused by MV X-Press Pearl and MT New Diamond maritime disasters and to make necessary recommendations.
During the commencement of today’s Parliamentary sitting, Speaker of House Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena said the 15-member committee will be headed by Minister Ramesh Pathirana.
