Parliament will convene for four days from today till Friday, the 6th of August.
Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dasanayake said the Registration of Electors (Amendment) Bill, the National Minimum Wage of Workers (Amendment) Bill and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Bill will be taken up for debate.
Dasanayake said the General Sir John Kotelawala National Defence University Bill will be taken up for debate after further consideration by the Consultative Committee on Defence.
Dhammika Dasanayake further stated the debate on the 2020 Annual Report of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka will be held today as the first adjournment debate from 11am to 5:30pm.
The Registration of Electors (Amendment) Bill and the National Minimum Wage of Workers (Amendment) Bill will be taken up for debate tomorrow from 11am to 4:30pm.
