Parliament will convene for a special session at 10am today.
The special Parliament session is scheduled in order to facilitate Members of Parliament to raise questions in anticipation of oral answers from the government.
Several rounds of oral questions did not take place as Parliament did not convene on a number of days due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
According to the order paper, at least six questions will be directed at the Minister of Health today.
Meanwhile, the second reading of the 2022 Budget will take place on Friday. Minister of Finance Basil Rajapaksa will deliver the Budget Speech from 2pm on Friday.
Following the budget debate, the final vote will take place on the 10th of December.
