The Samagi Jana Balawegaya denies all allegations levelled at the party by the government, claiming they disrupted Sri Lanka’s vaccination drive.
Speaking to NewsRadio Parliamentarian Manusha Nanayakkara said a Professor recently claimed that the opposition disrupted the government vaccination drive.
However the MP noted the Opposition was the faction to table the idea of a vaccination drive, which he said the government ridiculed.
MP Nanayakkara said the government seeks to claim credit when a positive outcome is garnered.
He also noted that the Opposition warned of a sugar scam, prior to investigations being launched.
