Cabinet Spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella says he does not see any issue in allowing black money, or alleged black money, to be invested in legitimate projects.

Responding to a question raised by media pertaining to the new Finance Bill, Minister Rambukwella said foreign countries speak of black economies adding there are various steps to convert black economies to white economies.

The Minister said he does not see any issues in using black money as investments in order to receive taxes in the long-run and with the aim of developing the country and generating employment opportunities.
