COLOMBO (NewsRadio): Chairman of Avant Garde Maritime Services Nissanka Senadhipathi has been released from the Rs.35.5 million bribery case filed for maintaining an illegal floating armoury.
Retired Major General Palitha Fernando has also released from the case after Bribery Commission informed the Colombo High Court that it has decided withdraw the charges.
NewsRadio court correspondent said accordingly High Court Judge Amal Ranaraja discharged the duo from the case.
