The Ministry of Labour has decided to introduce a new management system for labourers to present their concerns.
Minister of Labour Nimal Siripala de Silva said through the new system labourers from any part of the country can lodge complaints online, instead of arriving at the Department of Labour.
He added new technology was used to modernise operations at the Department.
The Labour Minister said through the system labourers will be able to fill an application with their complaint including their personal details, the injustice they faced, and details of the employer.
