Chief Secretary of the Union Mahinda Jayasinghe informed of the plans during a discussion held yesterday with the Minister of Education and the Sectary to the Ministry of Education.
Taking to social media, Jayasinghe said the Education Minister assured he will inform the Cabinet of Ministers in this regard and take further steps, as it was a decision reached by the Cabinet.
