A 45-year-old man and two sons who were bathing in the Dambarawa tank in Mahiyanganaya have drowned.
The remains of the three who had drowned were located when area residents had inspected the location last evening since the trio had not returned home for several hours.
The victims were a 45-year-old man and his 10 and 15-year-old sons.
The bodies have been placed at the Mahiyanganaya Hospital.
