The efficiency of the tsunami early warning systems installed at national level institutions and in coastal districts will be tested today (8).
The Disaster Management Centre said the tests will be conducted between 11.30am and 12.15pm.
The DMC said the functions of the tsunami communication system will only be tested while evacuation rehearsals will not take place.
