The Parliamentarian said it is the responsibility of the President to provide an explanation for the six-fold increase in the price of dhal.
The NPP Leader said Minister of Finance Basil Rajapaksa last addressed the Parliament on the 10th of December adding the Finance Minister has failed to address the financial situation for more than three months.
