The Sri Lanka Freedom Party says vesting local resources and selling economically viable hotspots in Sri Lanka to foreign entities are unacceptable.
Senior Vice Chairman of the SLFP Prof. Rohana Luxman Piyadasa speaking to media in Kandy said the SLFP condemns such actions of the government.
Piyadasa said during the General Election they advocated for the protection of state resources and to reacquire assets.
However he claimed that the present situation is complex adding that the present administration is selling everything that can be given away, state property, businesses and even farmland.
While condemning such actions Rohana Luxman said the SLFP will not side with such efforts.
