Parliamentarian JC Alawathuwala says the SJB will support the struggle initiated by the public to eradicate a nepotistic rule in the country.
Speaking to NewsRadio, the MP said an era of the public surrounding homes of politicians has emerged.
The MP said four Cabinet Ministers were appointed by the President yesterday.
However, MP Alawathuwala said the people want an end to the Rajapaksa regime, adding that the SJB at this point of time will not agree to form a national government with the current administration.
He added, such a move should have been resorted to a year ago, accusing the present government of bringing the country to a devastating state.
The Parliamentarian charged that the public continues to face hardships, owing to the continuous shortage of gas, fuel and power cuts.
