The Samagi Jana Balawegaya has reached a decision to hold a protest against the present administration, opposite the Colombo Fort Railway Station tomorrow at 4pm.
Speaking to media today, Parliamentarian Rajitha Senarathne called on all political leaders to join the protest.
MP Senarathne said the protest will be headed by MP Mujibur Rahman along with the inclusion of all Colombo urban electoral seats.
The Parliamentarian said they have commenced discussions with all anti-governments activists to take a large number of people to the streets.
The MP said it will empower the second phase of the people’s struggle.
MP Senarathne said the government could attempt to take their lives adding however it will not stop the struggle.
The MP urged the President to step down before being ousted.
Joining the media briefing, Parliamentarian Mujibur Rahman said the public are suffering due to the wrong decisions reached by the rulers.
MP Rahman said the Leader of the Opposition, Opposition members and other activists warned the government that the situation will deteriorate if it continues to act irresponsibly.
