The Department of Meteorology says a few showers will occur in the Northern, North-Central, Eastern and Uva provinces and in the Matale and Nuwara-Eliya districts today.
The Met Department added showers or thundershowers can be expected at a few places in the Sabaragamuwa province and in the Kalutara, Galle and Matara districts during the evening or night.
