The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka says they made a recommendation to the Ministry of Education to declare early school holidays on the 4th of April.
PUCSL Chairman-Janaka-Ratnayake said such a recommendation was made considering inconveniences that students face due to continuous power cuts.
