An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan today remanded another 18 suspects over the Sialkot lynching of Priyantha Kumara.
Pakistan media said court approved the Police request and remanded the group for 15 days and directed Police to produce the accused in Court on the 28th of December.
The anti-terrorism court had earlier remanded 34 suspects over the Sialkot lynching incident.
Police registered a case against hundreds of unidentified people after a mob of factory workers brutally murdered Priyantha Kumara in Sialkot.
A Fundamental Rights petition was lodged against 800 to 900 unidentified people under charges of terrorism, attempted murder, plotting murder, desecration of a human body and other charges.
