Traders at the Dambulla Economic Centre say prices of vegetables have reduced in comparison to the past few days.
It was attributed to the Centre receiving additional vegetable stocks today.
Traders said the wholesale prices of a kilogram of several vegetables had reduced by Rs.50-60, in comparison to the past few days.
Accordingly, the prices of leeks, carrot, beans and brinjal had come down.
Traders said a kilogram of capsicum is currently being sold for Rs.440 while a kilo of pumpkin is sold for Rs.40.
