Parliamentarian Mujibur Rahman says prices of all goods have increased by 200 percent.

Speaking in Parliament, MP Rahman said the inflation has risen by 33 percent in April this year.

MP Rahman said circulars and gazettes that were issued last November imposing control prices on goods have been rescinded by the President.

He said the same individuals, who raised their hands in favour of the Rajapaksas, have today been appointed as Cabinet Ministers.

MP Rahman also charged that the government’s poor economic decisions have led to the present turmoil.
