The Police Headquarters has informed all Policemen to refrain from intervening in opening fuel tanks at filling stations.
The Police Headquarters also requested the public to refrain from requesting Policemen at filling stations to open the fuel tanks.
A statement said such efforts are dangerous and raises safety concerns.
The Police statement further informed that opening fuel tanks is not the responsibility of Police officers.
