The Presidents Media Division says several structural changes are being made to streamline processes within the Presidential Secretariat, in line with the appointment of Gamini Senarath as the Secretary to the President.

The new changes include the appointment of new officers to positions in departments that directly serve the public, including the President’s Fund and the Public Relations Unit.

The Presidents Media Division rejected certain media reports that have used personal names in a bid to misinterpret the administrative changes made with the appointment of a new Secretary to the President.
