Authorities say an individual has succumbed to injuries he sustained when he fell off from the top of the Sahaspura high-rise low-income housing scheme.
Police said the incident occurred last evening, and the individual later succumbed to his injuries when admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.
The deceased was revealed to be a 31 year old resident of Borella.
