The Samagi Jana Balawegaya says as Parliament lacks a stringent solution to the issues faced by the people, the crisis will worsen in the future.

Speaking to media Parliamentarian Harshana Rajakaruna said the people’s opinion was not represented in the Parliamentary vote to select the successor to former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.

MP Rajakaruna noted Parliament did not reflect the views of the country adding it is inevitable that the public will unite against Parliament under such circumstances
