Chairman of the Information and Communication Technology Agency Oshada Senanayake has resigned from his post.
Taking to twitter announcing his resignation, Senananyake said he is taking a break from the private sector after almost 2.5 years of contributing to the digital journey of the country.
He apologised for not being able to contribute more, under circumstances which forced him to abide by his principles.
Senanayake also served as the Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka.
