The Sri Lankan rupee hit an all-time low today against the US dollar.
According to the latest foreign currency exchange rates issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the US dollar was buying at Rs.309.38 and selling at Rs.11 more than yesterday at Rs.319.99.
The Sterling Pound was buying at Rs.405.43 while the selling rate was Rs.420.24.
The euro buying rate was Rs.340.59 while the selling rate was Rs.352.20.
The draft of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution has been presented to the Cabinet of Ministers.
