The individual, who first entered the Presidential Secretariat, on the 9th of July has been arrested.
The individual was arrested in Maharagama yesterday (1). The 37-year-old individual is a businessman in Maharagama.
Police said several individuals linked to the incident have been identified and will be arrested.
Traders say the prices of broiler chicken and eggs will increase further.
