Parliamentarian Mujibur Rahman says the vocational education system in the country should be improved.
MP Rahman said during the tenure of the previous administration, vocational training was given prominence.

State Minister Seethaa Arembepola said the present government is also in favour of the 13-year mandatory education model for children.
The State Minister added that 11,000 students have been absorbed for vocational and technical education courses this year and said the present government has not disregarded the industry.
