The Samagi Jana Balawegaya says the present government has become an administration which garnered the most negative criticism during a short span of time.

Speaking to media, SJB MP Gayantha Karunatilleka said the government has been held responsible for major issues within the country before they complete two years in power.

Therefore, he called for the President and Prime Minister to understand the people and listen to their grievances by continuing the ‘Gama Samaga Pilisandarak’ programme.

MP Karunatileka stressed, namesake economic experts who promised to reduce oil prices and grant concessions have returned no actual results.

He also claimed that certain individuals who were brought in by the administration to solve local economic issues are not humble enough to give up dual citizenships.
