Veteran actor Jackson Anthony and two others have sustained injuries when a wild elephant collided with the vehicle they were travelling in Moragoda.
The vehicle along the Anuradhapura-Thalawa Road had collided with the wild elephant in Moragoda.
The three individuals have been admitted to the Anuradhapura Hospital last evening.
The wild elephant had fallen on the vehicle with the impact of the accident causing severe damage to the vehicle.
Area residents and the Thalawa Police had assisted in helping the injured out and had directed them to hospital.
