Samagi Jana Balawegaya says the attack on peaceful protesters by Tri-Forces occupying Galle Face was unethical.
Speaking to NewsRadio, Parliamentarian Thushara Indunil Amarasena claimed the newly appointed government should have granted a reasonable timeline for the protesters to vacate the location.
MP Amarasena said the present administration should have requested the protesters to stand down until they are able to address the prevailing issues rather than resorting to deploying the military.
