Another ship carrying 40,000 metric tons of Diesel reached Sri Lanka last night.
The petroleum storage terminal said they commenced unloading the diesel ship.
However, the distribution of new fuel stocks will not continue until registration for the National Fuel Pass is complete.
Another diesel ship arrived in Sri Lanka last morning and its contents are being unloaded at present.
Meanwhile, a ship carrying petrol is scheduled to reach Sri Lanka tomorrow or the day after.
The Ministry of Energy commented that payments for all fuel shipments have been completed.
